Outdoor removal across Rochester and the towns around it
The city, the suburbs, and the lake communities to the west. Same crew, same trailer, same disposal plan wherever the job is.
Towns we work in
If your town is not listed, ask. The real limit is the size of the load and the drive, not the town line.

The town matters less than the access
A removal in Hilton and one in Brighton are the same job if the access is the same. What changes the number is driveway width, distance from the trailer to the work area, stairs, overhead wires and how soft the ground is when we arrive.
That is why the quote conversation starts with photos rather than a postcode.
What actually changes from town to town
Three things vary enough to matter. The first is housing era. Rochester city and the inner ring — Gates, Irondequoit, Brighton — were largely built before 1970, which means narrow side yards, older concrete and structures that have been repaired rather than replaced. The outer towns and Victor were built later, so the structures are younger but often added to rather than built well.
The second is ground. Anywhere close to Lake Ontario — Greece, Hilton, Hamlin, Parma, Webster — the soil holds water longer in spring, which limits when a loaded trailer can leave a yard without leaving ruts. Inland lots dry out weeks earlier.
The third is distance. A rural parcel in Kendall or Parma can put a shed four hundred feet from where a trailer can legally stand. That is a real cost, quoted honestly rather than discovered on the day.
