About Rochester Outdoor Removal

A two-owner crew that takes out the structures homeowners are done maintaining — and leaves the property ready for what replaces them.

One focus, on purpose

We are not a general contractor and not a junk hauler. This business exists because removing a deck, patio, slab or shed is a specific trade: it needs the right equipment, a disposal plan, and the willingness to protect a lawn while doing it.

Removal is also the step that unlocks the next thing. A deck comes off and a patio goes in. A failed driveway comes out and a new surface gets poured. Doing that first step properly is the whole job.

How we work

  • One of the owners is on every jobJosh and Zack quote it and run it. Nobody sells the work and hands it to someone else.
  • Photographs before promisesAccess width and a few photos usually replace a site visit — and when they do not, we say so.
  • Disposal is includedDump fees sit inside the number, not on a second invoice.
  • $1,000 project minimumBelow that, the truck and the disposal cost more than the job is worth to both sides.

What a removal day looks like

Protection goes down before anything comes apart. Mats and plywood runs where a machine or a wheelbarrow will travel, tarps under the work area so small debris does not end up in the lawn, and a plan for where material gets staged so it is not sitting in a driveway you need to use.

Then the structure comes apart in the reverse of the order it was built — railings and stairs first, decking next, framing after, footings last. Footings are the part most quotes gloss over and the part that decides whether the site is actually clear. They come out.

At the end the load is sorted, hauled and tipped at a licensed facility, and you walk the property with whoever ran the job. If something is not right, that is the moment to say so, and it gets fixed before the trailer leaves.

Tell us what is there

Describe the structure, its rough size and the access. That is enough to start.
