Outdoor Structure Removal
Pools, hot tubs, greenhouses and carports — the larger outdoor items that need draining, disconnecting or careful sequencing before removal.
What counts as a job for us
We remove substantial exterior structures and hardscapes from residential property: decks, sheds, fences, porches, ramps, gazebos, pergolas, playsets, treehouses, patios, driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, retaining walls, timber edging, asphalt, above-ground pools, hot tubs, greenhouses and carports. What they have in common is size, weight and the fact that removing them properly needs a trailer, a disposal plan and someone insured to do it.
That is a deliberately narrow list. It is not everything a homeowner wants gone, and the work goes better because of it.
How the price is actually built
There is no per-square-foot rate that survives contact with real properties, which is why we quote after seeing the structure rather than over the phone. Five things drive the number.
- Volume and weightConcrete is heavy and goes by the ton. A deck is bulky and goes by the load. They cost differently even when they look like similar-sized jobs.
- AccessThe distance from the trailer to the work, the width of the gate, and whether a machine can get in at all. A tight side yard turns a two-hour job into a full day.
- Material separationClean concrete, asphalt, treated wood and mixed debris are separate disposal streams. Keeping them apart costs a little sorting and saves a lot in tipping fees.
- What is underneathFootings are the hidden half of most removals. Decks sit on piers, sheds on pads, pools on their own base — all of it has to come out and go somewhere.
- Site conditionSoft ground, slope, overhead wires, and anything worth protecting between the street and the structure.
